Description

Cuvée odrôd Cabernet Sauvignon a Merlot v rovnakom pomere. V pôde dominuje hlinitý piesok s vysokým obsahom vápenca. Jablčno-mliečna fermentácia v nerezových tankoch. 12-mesačné zrenie v malých dubových sudoch. Po ďalších šiestich mesiacoch vo veľkých drevených sudoch víno zreje ďalší rok vo fľaši. Toto cuvée má krásnu tmavú, granátovo-červenú farbu a intenzívnu vôňu černíc a čiernych ríbezlí. Štruktúrované telo a jemné taníny. Dlhý, šťavnatý záver.
