Description

Hrozno rozdrvené a odstopkované. Kontakt so šupkami po dobu 12 hodín. Fermentácia prebiehala pri kontrolovanej teplote na 14-16°C 5 mesiacov premiešaním kalov raz týždenne. Víno bolo vyrobené s minimálnym zásahom. Komplexný Sauvignon Blanc, vo vôni citrusy, limetky, egreše s náznakom špargle a mučenky. Vynikajúca prirodzená kyselinka vytvára rovnováhu a príjemnú textúru a čistým záverom. Jedlá z morských plodov alebo krémová špargľová polievka.
