Description

Hrozno pochádza z viacerých parciel vo Western Cape. Ich vek je približne 20 rokov. Hrozno sa zberá pri nízkej cukornatosti kvôli zachovaniu kyselín. Vôňa je brilantná s kvetinovo ovocným prejavom. Chuť je pikantná s iskrou a delikátnou ovocnou textúrou. Skvelý aperitív. 90% Chenin Blanc a 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
