Novinka v portfóliu. V porovnaní s Rkatsiteli Qvevri je Libertes vyrobený v štýle, ktorý sa približuje regiónu Imereti. Vyrába sa konvenčným prístupom, bez macerácie so šupkami. Víno charakterizuje intenzívna medovo-korenistá vôňa s dotykom kvitnúcej púpavy. Chuť je telnatá, intenzívna s vynikajúcou štruktúrou. Napriek absencii kontaktu so šupkami aj príjemne adstringentná a energická. Dlhá dochuť s náznakom chlebovej kôrky a pražených mandlí.

Láska k prírode a poľnohospodárstvu ich okrem vášne k vínu viedla k investovaniu v najlepšom regióne Kakheti v oblasti Kvareli. Hlavnou činnosťou spoločnosti je pestovanie lieskových orechov a pistácii. Pre výrobu vín sa rozhodli neskôr, pretože na pozemkoch sa nachádzali staré pôvodné vinohrady. Tie sa rozhodli obnoviť.…
