Description

Hrozno pochádza z vinice na svahu v údolí Cortaccia v blízkosti Magre v nadmorskej výške 210 až 400 metrov nad morom. Fermentácia prebieha s riadenou teplotou pri 20 °C počas 10 dní v betónových nádržiach. Nasleduje štvormesačné vyzrievanie na jemných kaloch pred plnením do fliaš. Gewürztraminer s výrazným buketom zrelého hrozna a kandizovaného ovocia, sprevádzané jemnými tónmi medu, orientálneho korenia, šalvie a ruže. Plné, harmonické víno s dlhotrvajúcim záverom.
