Description

Vinice sa nachádzajú južne od Magre v Cortaccii v nadmorskej výške 210 až 450 metrov nad morom. Po fermentácii s kontrolovanou teplotou 50 % vína dozrieva sedem mesiacov vo veľkých dubových sudoch na jemných kaloch s pravidelným miešaním. Zvyšných 50 % sa fermentuje v nerezových tankoch a vyzrieva sedem mesiacov na jemných kaloch. Chardonnay je svetložltej farby s vôňou ananásu a banánov s dotykom vanilky. V chuti štruktúrované, elegantné a jemne minerálne.
