White wine - dry - Italy

Description

Hrozno pre toto víno pochádza z troch malých parciel o rozlohe 1,3ha. Ich nadmorská výška je 400-450 m n m. Pôda je ílovito - vápenatá, príbuzná s galestro typom v okolí Sieni. Orientácia vinohradov je juhovýchodná. Víno sa vinifikuje oddelene podľa parciel, pri nízkej teplote s 10% podielom celých strapcov s pravidelným batonnage počas 9 mesiacov. Vo fľaši vyzrieva pred uvedením na trh ešte pol roka. Atraktívne víno s kvetinovo ovocnou vôňou, ktorá pripomína tropické ovocie, klinčeky a sparenú mätu. Chuť je harmonická a elegantná s delikátnou aciditou a príjemne korenistým záverom. 50% Moscato Bianco a Giallo a 50% Traminer.
