Description

Hrozno pochádza z parciel susediacich s vinicou Kiedrich Gräfenberg Grosse Lage. Pôda je podobná, ale tieto lokality sú chladnejšie ako Gräfenberg, prinášajú menej zrelé hrozno s pevnou kyselinou, ktorá je ideálna pre výrobu šumivých vín. Hrozno sa zbiera v zrelosti Kabinett. Vyrába sa tradičnou metódou. Primárna fermentácia sa vykonáva v tankoch, nasleduje druhotná fermentácia vo fľaši. Vôňa bielej broskyne, jemný citrón Amalfi, rustikálna chlebová kôrka a pražený sezam. V chuti šťavnatý sekt s jemne krémovou štruktúrou. Zrelé kôstkové ovocie vyvážené sviežou kyselinkou. Vynikajúca dĺžka, bohaté a nádych horkých mandlí. Minerálny záver.
