Description

Červené víno, ktoré sa teší popularite aj uznaniu. Hrozno pochádza z Los Robles ( Colchagua ) kde sa vinič pestuje v biodynamickom režime. Zbaratelia si cenia v každom roku iné zloženie odrôd. V ročníku 2019 je to po dlhšej dobe bez Merlotu, zato pribudli nové. Aktuálne je to 38% Syrah, 33% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carignan, 4% Malbec, 4% Garnacha, 3% Tempranillo, 3% Petit Verdot a 2% Mourvedre. Coyam vynikajúco vyzrieva 10-15 rokov.

Vinice sa nachádzajú v oblastiach Maipo, Colchagua, Casablanca, Bio-Bio, Cachapoal a Limary, sú ovplyvnené pacifickým prúdom a pohorím Ánd. Konzultantom vinárstva je Álvaro Espinoza.
