Description

Diamant v náhrdelníku vinohradov Domaine Chanson. Ak by existovala v Beaune klasifikácia Grand Cru, Féves by bol určite adeptom na zatriedenie. Je to 3,8 ha vinohrad zmieňovaný už v 14.storočí a nie vždy sa tam pestoval vinič. Chanson vlastní celú 3,8ha parcelu, ktorá sa nachádza v strede kopca. Tak ako je to zvykom v posledných ročníkoch hrozno fermentuje neodstopkované s citlivým používaním nových sudov. Šarmantná vôňa s bohatým ovocným prejavom. Kôstkové ovocie a orientálne korenie. Extraktívna chuť s termickým aspektom. Vyvážené a veľmi dlhé v dochuti. Komplexné červené víno s potenciálom na archiváciu do 2040+.
