Tormaresca je od roku 1998 investíciou rodiny Antinori v oblasti Apúlia. Názov dostalo po strážnych vežiach na pobreží. Vína pochádzajú z dvoch častí oblasti. Prvá je Bocca di Lupo v Minervino Murge (Bari) s rozlohou 100ha z apelácie Castel del Monte  asi 64 km od Jadranského pobrežia. Tu sa nachádza aj moderné vinárstvo. Druhou je 500ha usadlosť blízko San Pietro Vernotico (Brindisi) v oblasti Salento, kde spolu…
