Description

Degustácia tohto vína býva aj komplikovanejších ročníkoch senzorický zážitkom. V spoločnosti sympatickej Veronique Dausse aj intelektuálnym...Nadčasové víno, s kvalitou klasifikovaných vín. Pre mnohých znalcov jedno z najlepších vín apelácie. Príťažlivé, komplexné a pozoruhodne perzistentné. V ročníku 2021 aj s minerálnou textúrou tanínov a aromatickej intenzity. Najväčší podiel Caberentu v histórii zámku a relatívne vysoké percento Petit Verdotu. Víno bude atraktívne už v horizonte dvoch-štyroch rokov, ale na vrchole bude po 10-15 rokoch vyzrievania. V skvelej kondícii bude až do 2040. Zber prebiehal medzi 23.septembrom a 13 .októbrom. Výnosy 32hl/ha. 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot a 4% Petit Verdot. Alk. 13,5%.
