Odporúčanie someliera Rasťa Šutáka - Sassicaia je jediné talianske víno/vinohrad so samostatnou apeláciou. Vždy viac elegantné ako robustné s dávkou žoviálnosti a šarmu. Je to víno vyrobené na veľmi dlhé vyzrievanie, čo jeho fanúšikovia nepochopiteľne prehliadajú. Takmer v každom ročníku po miléniu ponúka oveľa viac než stojí. Podobne je to aj v horúcom 2017 s brilantnou aciditou a ovocnou textúrou. A ako to býva už pravidlom, znovu "o koleso" pred Ornellaiou.
