Hrozno fermentovalo 4 dni v otvorených nádržiach pri kontrolovanej teplote 26°C-28°C. Víno vyzrievalo 14 mesiacov 225l francúzskych dubových sudoch, z toho 30% nových. Toto víno má komplexnú vôňu červeného ovocia, vanilky, exotického korenia a bohatých vôní tmavej čokolády. Chuť je plná a má hladkú textúru s orientálnym korením, príchuťou čokolády a pečeného banánu.
