Description

Fermentácia v otvorených kadiach 5-7 dní pri 26oC až 28oC. Víno vyzrievalo 11 mesiacov 225l francúzskych dubových sudoch, z toho 30% nových. Komplexná vôňa červeného ovocia, vanilky, exotického korenia a bohatých vôní tmavej čokolády. Chuť je plná s hladkou textúrou s tónmi orientálneho korenia, čokolády a pečeného banánu.
