Description

Hrozno pochádza z troch viníc. Hlinité morénové sedimenty medzi Pinzanom a Mazzonom, krieda a štrková morénová pôda v Corone, stredne bahnitý piesok v Aica di Fie. Po fermentácii na šupkách v betónových kadiach nasleduje jablčno-mliečna fermentácia a zrenie počas desiatich mesiacov, 80 % v barikových sudoch a 20% vo veľkom dube. Po zmiešaní víno strávi ešte dva mesiace v betónových kadiach. Nakoniec sa víno nechá zrieť ďalších päť mesiacov vo fľaši. Rubínovo-červená farba s granátovo-červeným leskom. Jemný buket černíc, malín a čerešní. V chuti plný, vyvážený a elegantný.
