Description

Základom vína sú odrody Corvina a Rondinella, ďalších 5% Corvinone. Hrozno sa pred fermentáciou suší sto dní. Po selekcii nasleduje pomalá fermentácia a vyzrievanie počas troch rokov v sudoch rôznej veľkosti. Po scelení oddychuje niekoľko mesiacov vo fľaši. Veľmi intenzívne a opulentne pôsobiace víno. Robustný pocit zvýrazňuje lignínová sladkosť a koncentrácia. Po dekantácii sa víno príjemne zharmonizuje s jemnými nuansami a náznakom terciárneho prejavu. Tradičný partner k dusenému hovädziemu na červenom víne so šalotkovou marmeládou.
