Description

Bourgogne Pinot Noir je apelácia, ktorej hrozno môže pochádzať z ktorejkoľvek časti Burgundska. Hrozno pochádza z mladších vinohradov a pôdy bohatej na vápenec. Hrozno je zberané ručne. Tradičná fermentácia v otvorených kadiach. Víno zreje 10 až 12 mesiacov v nerezových nádržiach. Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2021 má rubínovú farbu. Vôňa odhaľuje tóny čiernych ríbezlí a zrelých višní. Svieža chuť ponúka tóny čerešní a čiernych ríbezlí. Vyvážený Pinot s hodvábnymi tanínmi.
