Blue and gold, two colours that generally don't go together, but in Mauritius they go hand in hand. Blue seas and gold sands, they're a perfect match. Also, the Blue Mauritius Gold, a gorgeous rum rich with tropical fruit, dark chocolate roasted nut notes. Lovely. Due to its ageing process, there's some sediment in the bottles, similar to what happens with wine.
