Sparkling wine of clear light green colour with sparkling rim and soft persistent sparkle. In its fresh, fruity aroma we can sense tones of citrus fruit and green apples. Taste of this sparkling wine, made by traditional method of maturing in bottle, is nicely balanced and adequately enriched by acids and refreshing bitter aftertaste.

Vinárstvo založili bratia Hacajovci v roku 1994. Avšak korene tejto vinohradníckej rodiny sú podstatne staršie. Firma sídli v Pezinku a zameriava sa na výrobu šumivých vín klasickou metódou. Celý proces výroby vín je ručný, so všetkými atribútmi malej rodinnej manufaktúry. Vinárstvo vlastní 4,5 ha vinohradov v Malokarpatskej oblasti, ostatné hrozno nakupuje od overených pestovateľov.
