Hrozno pochádza z viacerých oblastí východného pobrežia. Biele víno zelenožltej farby sprevádzané vôňou žltého melóna a citrusových plodov. Chuť grapefruitovej dužiny a banánov je podporená bohatou štruktúrou sviežich kyselín so sladším ovocno-krémovým záverom.

Sir George Fistonich založil spolu so svojou ženou vinárstvo už v roku 1961. O rok neskôr vyrobil prvé víno. Postupne vinárstvo rástlo a dnes patrí k najlepším a k najúspešnejším vinárstvám Nového Zélandu. Má 300 stálych zamestnancov.
