Description

Hrozno pochádza z viníc starších ako 50 rokov ekologicky pestovaných. 45 % Macabeo, 35 % Parellada a 20 % Xarel-lo. Ručný zber, tradičná pomalá fermentácia s vlastnými kvasinkami. Každá odroda je vinifikovaná samostatne. Cava vyzrievala 5 rokov na jemných kaloch pri stálej teplote 17 °C bez pridania expedičného likéru. Limitovaná produkcia 4 968 fliaš. Slamovo žltá so zelenkavými odleskami a jemným perlením. Elegantná vôňa s jemnými tónmi zrelého ovocia a dotykom vanilky a jemných pražených mandlí. Komplexná a zároveň svieža chuť s tónmi ovocia a pečiva. Krémová a jemná Cava s dlhým záverom.
