Description

Po selekcii sa hrozno z odrody Malvasia (klon del Chianti) suší, zavesené niekoľko mesiacov. Po jemnom lisovaní a fermentácii vyzrieva 4 až 5 rokov v malých dubových sudoch (caratelli). Jantárovo-zlatá farba s vysokou viskozitou na skle. Intenzívna vôňa sušeného ovocia a lieskových orechov. Sladká chuť je harmonizovaná delikátnou aciditou. Dlhý a komplexný záver. Klasika.
