Description

57% Chardonnay, 43 % Pinot Noir a Pinot Meunier. Hrozno pochádza z viníc nachádzajúcich sa medzi Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims a Vallée de la Marne. Sekundárna fermentácia prebieha minimálne 36 mesiacov. Slamovožltá farba. Vôňa s náznakmi zrelého ovocia, ako je hruška a zelené jablko sprevádzaná jemnými bielymi kvetmi. V chuti krémové s výraznými tónmi teplého pečiva, ktoré sa dobre dopĺňajú s kandizovaným ovocím a praženými mandľami. Svieže, jemné a ľahké, vhodné ako aperitív.
