Hrozno pochádza zo 60 Champagne crus: Oger Chardonnay (40%), Ambonnay Pinot Noir (40%) a Verneuil Pinot Meunier (20%). 5 až 10 % základných vín vinifikovalo v starých burgundských dubových sudoch. Priemerný vek rezervných vín je 10-12 rokov a tvoria 50% zmesi. Vo vôni dominuje zrelé ovocie ako sú jablká, hrušky a citrusy, sprevádzaný kvetinovými vôňami a náznakmi čerstvo upečenej briošky a mandlí. V chuti živé a zároveň komplexné s elegantnou, krémovou štruktúrou.
