Hrozno z vinohradu Grub sa zberalo na konci septembra. Lisovanie celých strapcov a spontánna fermentácia. Víno vyzrievalo v kombinácii nerez a veľké dubové sudy. Na kvasinkách si pred fľašovaním oddýchlo 6 mesiacov. Komplexné a opulentne pôsobiace víno. Vo vôni pripomína zavárané ringloty a jasmínový čaj. V chuti sa pridávajú citrusové plody a bylinky. Dlhý a korenistý záver, ktorému nechýba štruktúra a zároveň finesa. Potenciál na archiváciu. Biodynamika.
