Komplexný ružový Crémant z odrôd Chardonnay, Chenin blanc a Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir bol vinifikovaný ako červené víno. Víno fermentovalo na kvasinkách 36 mesiacov. Delikátna vôňa kvetín a kôstkového ovocia. Harmonická chuť s transparentnou sviežosťou a dávkou elegancie. Dlhý krémovo - minerálny záver. Vynikajúce k bruschette s provensálskou paštétou a kandizovaným hroznom.
