Description

Feytit-Guillot je v podstate mikro-vinárstvo. Toto unikátne víno vyrába Jérôme Riviere so svojimi priateľmi a rodinou. Vinice tvorí sedem parciel s celkovou plochou 1,2ha. Parcely ležia v blízkosti vinohradov Clos René, Trotanoy, Nénin alebo Le Pin. Ich vek je v priemere 40 rokov. Hrozno sa po zbere triedi. Vinifikácia je tradičná, s minimom zásahov a bez použitia moderných technológií. Po fermentácii víno vyzrieva v sudoch 14 mesiacov. Senzoricky pôsobí delikátne, klasicky a bez príkras. Vo vôni aj s dotykom kvetín a riečneho štrku. Základom chuti je ovocná textúra a šarmantná acidita s eleganciou a prirodzenosťou. V ročníku 2018 aj s typickou tanínovou a ovocnou zrelosťou. Zároveň je víno pripravené vyzrievať jednu-dve dekády.
