Description

Bin 389 je červené víno s excelentným pomerom cena/kvalita. Hrozno pochádza najmä z McLaren Vale a Barossa Valley, zvyšok Padthaway a Wrattonbully. Cabernet so Shirazom si to v zmesi rozdali takmer na polovicu. Víno vyzrievalo 12 mesiacov v sudoch po Grange (americké sudy z toho 33% nových). Vôňa aj chuť s dávkou temperamentu. Živá kyselinka s energickým, takmer alternatívnym charakterom. Korenistý a perzistentný záver. Potenciál do 2050+. 51% Cabernet a 49% Shiraz.
