Description

The grapes for the current year come from several areas of Napa. Atlas Peak, St. Petersburg has the largest representation Helena and Wooden Valley. 6% of Merlot, a pinch of Malbec and Petit Verdot fit into the wine. The mixture matured for 15 months in barrels (USA and FRA). Winemaker Marcus Notaro prepared the essence of berry fruit with a subtle herbal touch. The taste is surprisingly harmonious and elegant for the age of the wine. The typical minerality in the aftertaste is supported by good acidity and a healthy tannin texture. A classic Cabernet with excellent character and maturing potential.
