Description

Unikátne červené víno, ktoré sa vyrába z najlepších parciel Le Mortelle. Pred vinifikáciou sa hrozno trojnásobne triedi. Víno kvasí oddelene podľa odrody v malých kónických nerezových nádobách. Následne vyzrieva v barikových sudoch 18 mesiacov. Po scelení odrôd ešte 12 mesiacov vo fľaši. Zmes odrôd Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon a Carmenere.
