Description

Beau-Site je víno, ktoré sa vyrába vo vinohrade, nie v pivnici alebo "From the gravel to the glass". Z jeho vinohradov je dobrý výhľad (ktorý má aj v názve) na Calon Segur, Cos d´Estournel a dokonca aj na vzdialený Sociando Mallet. 40ha usadlosť, ktorá patrí medzi najstaršie v oblasti je vo vlastníctve rodiny Casteja. V pôde vinohradu dominuje štrk s ílom a pieskom. Dajú sa tam nájsť aj storočné korene. Víno sa vyrába tímom zo Ch. Batailley. Pre znalcov jednoznačne TOP Value z ľavého brehu, ktoré dokáže perfektne vyzrievať, čo potvrdzuje v súčasnosti skvelá 2011. Merlot sa zberal od 30.septembra do 6.októbra, Cabernety od 11. do 15.októbra, Petit Verdot sa zberal 7.októbra. Beau-Site 2021 tvorí 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot a 3% Petit Verdot. Ročník 2021 bude v novej fľaši.
