Description

Unikátne víno s limitovanou produkciou len 5000 fliaš. Vyrába sa len v priaznivých rokoch ako zmes odrôd Petit Manseng, Courbu a Camaralet. Vinohrad Mantoulan je vysadený zo severnej strany Pyrenejí v nadmorskej výške 500m. Má juhovýchodnú orientáciu. Pôda je hlinito-vápenatá s množstvom kameňov, ktoré sa formovali počas erózie Pyrenejí. Po fermentácii v starších dubových sudoch víno vyzrieva vo foudres do nasledujúcej zimy. Vynikajúca zrelosť a koncentrácia spojená s delikátnou sviežosťou a charakterom. Dlhá, príjemne korenistá dochuť.
