Description

Do výsledného cuvée sa dostali 7% Merlot a 6% Gamaret. Všetky odrody fermentovali spolu, následne víno vyzrievalo 12 mesiacov vo francúzskach a amerických dubových sudoch. Napriek vysokému indexu tanínov pre Tannat je Buho chutné a šťavnaté červené víno pripravené na pitie. Bohatý a termický prejav chuti harmonizuje príjemná ovocná sviežosť. Potenciál pre vyzrievanie do 2028. Po dekantácii vynikne k hovädziemu entrecote s horčicovou omáčkou.
