Description

Červené víno, ktoré sa teší popularite aj uznaniu. Hrozno pochádza z Los Robles ( Colchagua ) kde sa vinič pestuje v biodynamickom režime. Zbaratelia si cenia v každom roku iné zloženie odrôd. Aktuálne je to 37% Syrah, 33% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carignan, 4% Malbec, 4% Garnacha, 3% Tempranillo, 3% Petit Verdot a 3% Mourvedre. Coyam vynikajúco vyzrieva 10-15 rokov.

Emiliana je najväčšie organické čilské vinárstvo. Vlastní 1 550 ha certifikovaných vinohradov. V roku 1986 bolo založené Rafaelom a Juanom Guilisasti. Vinice sa nachádzajú v oblastiach Maipo, Colchagua, Casablanca, Bio-Bio, Cachapoal a Limary, sú ovplyvnené pacifickým prúdom a pohorím Ánd. Konzultantom vinárstva je Álvaro Espinoza.
