Description

Červené víno, ktoré sa teší popularite aj uznaniu. Hrozno pochádza z Los Robles ( Colchagua ) kde sa vinič pestuje v biodynamickom režime. Zbaratelia si cenia v každom roku iné zloženie odrôd. Aktuálne je to 49% Syrah, 22% Carmenere, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Mourvedre, 4% Malbec, 3% Garnacha a 1% Tempranillo. Coyam vynikajúco vyzrieva 10-15 rokov.

Emiliana je najväčšie organické čilské vinárstvo. Vlastní 1 550 ha certifikovaných vinohradov. V roku 1986 bolo založené Rafaelom a Juanom Guilisasti. Vinice sa nachádzajú v oblastiach Maipo, Colchagua, Casablanca, Bio-Bio, Cachapoal a Limary, sú ovplyvnené pacifickým prúdom a pohorím Ánd. Konzultantom vinárstva je Álvaro Espinoza.
