Description

Vinice sa nachádzajú v nadmorskej výške 130 metrov s juhovýchodnou expozíciou. Pôda je vápenatá. 100% Nero D´Avola. Po zbere sa hrozno jemne lisuje. Macerácia trvá približne dva týždne. Víno dozrieva 10 mesiacov v 225-litrových francúzskych sudoch (33 % nových) pred fľašovaním v januári 2016. Vôňa lesného ovocia, pomarančovej kôry a moruše. Plné víno sa teší charakteristickej hladkosti Mazzei. Ideálne k pikantnému rybiemu gulášu.
